TERMS OF SALES

PACKAGING: at your charge

DELIVERED: ex-works

TRANSPORT: by you or your forwarder

PAYMENT: to agree or as usual

1- ORDERS:

a) The sale-departement will accept just the orders received by fax, e-mail or letter.

b) The supply includes just things specified in the confirmation of order, which should be countersigned and send us back.

2 - DELIVERY TERMS:

a) The delivery is approximative.

b) Any eventually delay for the delivery of the goods, will be justified to all risk, those could be delayed the process of manufacturing: strikes - delay due to the supplier - no electrical power - transporters' strikes - etc.

3 - FORWARDING

Equipments are sold ex-works.

The tramsport is always at the purchaser's own risk and peril.

4 - GUARANTEE

a) The regular running of the machines has been guaranteed for 12 months.

b) The guarantee covers only replacement of faulty spare parts ex works.

c) The labour for the replacement of the parts under warranty is at the purchaser's charge.

d) CAEB does not answer for faults caused by negligence or mishandlingof the machines.

All the mentioned data are not binding. C.A.E.B. can modify its products to improve them.
